Free NeuroStar Care Connection (NCC) reimbursement program

Qualified patients^* who commit to TMS Therapy will be provided free access to the NeuroStar Care Connection (NCC) reimbursement program to help with insurance reimbursement. If TMS Therapy is not a covered benefit under your health insurance plan, your claim might be initially denied. NCC will assist with the appeal process. NCC reports that their success rate of claim reimbursement is about 75%.

* Unfortunately, patients with Medicare and/or Medicaid insurance can no longer receive NCC assistance. Also, Dr. Bouras is not a Medicare provider ("opt-out"), so according to Medicare rules, you can be seen only as "out of network" (through a private contract) and Medicare does not reimburse any "out of network" provided services.
