Dr. Bouras' photoDr. Bouras is a Board Certified Psychiatrist, treating psychiatric patients for over 10 years. He has been in private practice in Victoria, TX since 2007. Dr. Bouras' motto is "we're listening," as he provides quality, confidential, and compassionate care to his patients.

Dr. Bouras sees patients over 18 year-old. He provides psychiatric evaluation and assessment, medication management, and psychotherapy. Dr. Bouras' experience in using both medications and psychotherapy, provides his patients a unique blend of tools that helps in a personalized approach for each and every one of his patients.

With the opening of Victoria TMS Center, he can now offer his patients TMS Therapy, a 21st-century treatment for depression, that focuses on the brain circuits involved in mood and depression.

Dr. Bouras is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of many common psychiatric conditions, including the following:

Education

Dr. Bouras is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, in Atlanta, Georgia, with a Bachelor of Sciences in Applied Physics and a minor in Social Personality Psychology. He attended medical school at the Medical of College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Bouras completed his Psychiatric Residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Bouras has been clinically trained in the use of TMS Therapy since March 2010. He also completed a visiting fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at Duke University in July 2011.
